Claire believes in multiple pillars of physical fitness: Strength training, flexibility/mobility work, and cardiovascular fitness. After years of being a personal trainer and yoga educator, and far over a decade of shaping her own body, Claire is ready to share some of her best information in terms of building the body you want that is strong and flexible. Built&Bendy combines classic strength training and yoga flow movements for a well rounded work out that is challenging and informative, with Claire personally directing and teaching each session.

Do I have to be a NYSC member to attend?
No! This limited space event is open to all!
Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
It is always good to carry your ID in NYC, as you might need it to check in. No age limit, however, the strength training and yoga that will be covered, it is intended for a 18+ group.
